Customer Service Assistant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics & Communications Engineering, Business or IT related course.
  • Knowledge in mechanical / electrical / electronics troubleshooting is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience, preferably in an IT company.
  • Must be self-motivated
  • With good communication skills and able to work under pressure

Job Objectives:

  • Responsible for handling customer service department.
  • Ability to handle customer's requirements on service and maintenance.
