GOLD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PLAN
  • Labor & supply of spare parts for replacement (except consumables)
  • Scheduled visits for preventive maintenance throughout the duration of MA contract
  • Benefit of emergency service calls 8 hours a day (from 9:00AM to 6:00PM) 5 days a week (Monday to Friday only)
SILVER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PLAN
  • Labor support only (spare parts replacement shall be charged)
  • Scheduled visits for preventive maintenance throughout the duration of MA contract
  • Benefit of emergency service calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week
BRONZE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PLAN
